In my book ASK<\/a>\u00a0I talk about Listening as one of the great unused tools. \u00a0Of course, I’m all about asking the right questions too and this ARTICLE<\/a><\/strong><\/span> I came across pointed out how valuable questions are to our relationships and our ability to make friends. \u00a0But it’s much more than that.<\/p>\n

The author cites some Harvard experiments that delve into this idea of questions and forming relationships.<\/p>\n

I especially liked the finding that “the very\u00a0act<\/a>\u00a0of asking questions implies validation for the other\u2019s point of view.”, so true.<\/p>\n

I have done a lot of work around the power of questions and how they are the root of the core of what I call the ‘DNA of success’. What I liked about this particular article was its focus on questions and friendships or how people relate to us based on the questions we ask. \u00a0While many people know about how questions are used in Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People<\/em>, book, this goes deeper into understanding how questions affect our relationships.<\/p>\n

It isn’t a new strategy, but it is a reminder that questions are much more powerful than we think.<\/p>\n

Mastering the art of asking the right questions is what my work is all about and I thought this ARTICLE<\/a> might be of interest and help to you.<\/p>\n
